Acne is a skin condition that causes spots and pimples,especially on the face, shoulders, back, neck, chest, and upper arms.Pimples form when hair follicles under your skin clog up.It commonly occurs during puberty, when the sebaceous glands activate, but it can occur at any age.

If you have acne

  • Clean your skin gently

  • Try not to touch your skin

  • Avoid the sun

Before starting the Treatment, Clean your skin with lukewarm water

Apply gentle moisturizer(Choose one that suits you) or coconut oil, to avoid any inflammation.

Coconut Oil

Apply coconut oil regularly to your skin, before bathing and it helps to improve your skin glow naturally and will act as a great prevention for acne. You can apply whenever you feel the skin is dry, since It absorbs quickly, and is non-greasy.

Green Tea

When it comes to skin health, drinking green tea has been found to delay aging, protect the skin from UV rays, improve skin tone, and reduce acne.Green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area.

Honey

Honey’s antibiotic properties can help improve acne. Honey's not just hydrating; its antioxidants will repair skin and protect it against oxidative and environmental damage. Apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

Aloe

Aloe, known for its burn-relieving properties, can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape the gel from an aloe plant out with a spoon, and apply to acne. You can also buy aloe gel - just make sure it’s pure aloe, with no added ingredients.

Lemon or Orange

Lemons and oranges act as an exfoliant, skin lightener, and disinfectant to reduce the appearance of scars and prevent new pimples from forming. On a clean face, dab acne with a cotton ball or cotton swab dipped in lemon or orange juice, then rinse with cool water.(Avoid using lemon and orange or dilute the juice, if you have severe acne)

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar contains malic and lactic acids that can exfoliate, reduce red marks, and treat acne. For a DIY toner, mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and water and apply to skin with a cotton ball, making sure to shake well before each use.

Omega-3 fatty acids

Omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties that help prevent acne. Get the benefits from taking a multi-nutrient capsule containing fish oil, or add more salmon, albacore tuna, flaxseeds, and walnuts to your diet.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes have antioxidant qualities. This acidity will dry the skin when tomato products are applied to acne patches and tighten pores on your skin that leak oil which causes acne. Cut tomato into half and apply on affected areas. To get best result, do it Once or Twice a Week.

Sugar Scrub

Sugar removes dead skin cells, but use with gentle circular motions. Sugar scrub creates a gentle abrasion to even out the skin tone. It removes accumulated dead and damaged skin cells caused by sun exposure and pollution. Sugar scrub prevents acne, whiteheads, blackheads, breakouts and other skin blemishes and also Excess oil, dirt and dead skin cells clog the pores.

Egg Mask

Egg whites can be used to make a facial mask that helps reduce discoloration of the skin caused by acne. Egg white masks also firm and tone the skin. The best way to use egg whites in a face mask is to beat them into a meringue-like foam first and apply on affected areas and remove gently after 5 minutes.

  • Do not squeeze pimples, because that often leads to infections, worse acne, and scars.

  • Use over-the-counter medicated creams, soaps, lotions, and gels to treat your acne. Always read the label carefully to make sure you are using the product correctly.

  • Use a moisturizer to keep your skin from drying out. Choose one that says "noncomedogenic" on the label.

  • Wash your affected skin gently one or two times a day.
